US/Europe

The title screen has a nice painting added for the US and European releases.

Developer Mistake

When you finish the game with the best ending and a 100% weapon find, you get a secret code to unlock an advanced (hard) mode. It doesn't say where to enter it, but the code given is Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, L1, L2, but that code is incorrect and doesn't really do anything.

The correct code is Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, L1, R1, which needs to be entered on the title screen and by using controller 2.
