Instead of making the only option signing in with an email, we should be able to sign in with our username. I do know that requiring an email is better for security, but i know a lot of people have old accounts and don’t remember the email they used to sign up with it 3 years ago. cough me cough. To make more security you could set up personalized questions for every log in, or require a certain code for each account. I dont know. I just wish there was an easier way to log in and more user friendly because to me it’s just as bad not being able to LG into your old account as it is being hacked. Either way, your losing pets or something valuable, and it sucks waiting for Support to get back to you. But then again, this could only be me ranting because I’m impatient and want my old account back, haha! Please no rude comments if you disagree. I’m open to everyone’s opinions but if you are rude I really won’t appreciate it. I do know the pros and cons of my idea so you don’t need to point out the obvious fact of having an email log in being better protection. But if you have any additional thoughts, I’d really like to hear them.
