Your best bet is to watch the you tube video. You have to bounce the papa off the green tip/right bump of the top blue bumper so that it hits the right wall and then bounces back through the top and next bumper and springs to the left wall. Be sure to pull the dotted line down all the way so you get a hard hit on that green tip. You have to have a hard hit to get all the spring you need. Keep adjusting the hit to the right until you hit the sweet spot. It is easy after that. I just tried it again and got it the third time. Once you find the exact spot where this happens then stay there and make at least three fire balls and then set them off.
